Hegseth: 14 Dead in US Operations Against Smugglers in the Pacific

In a series of operations by US forces in the eastern Pacific, 14 people suspected of drug smuggling were killed. US Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, announced that only one passenger survived.

In a post on X, Hegseth stated that Mexican authorities have undertaken the search and rescue operation for the sole survivor of the three strikes that occurred on Monday.
