Submarine Launches Missiles North of Cyprus – Reactions in Occupied Territories

Media outlets are republishing a video by a Turkish Cypriot in the occupied territories, showing a submarine allegedly launching missiles north of Cyprus.
The country of origin of the submarine remains unknown, but it is reported that the filming took place in international waters. It is estimated that the missiles were destined for Iran, which is at least 1,200 kilometers from the area.
The "authorities" in the occupied territories stated that the launch did not take place from Cypriot territorial waters. YENİDÜZEN reported that the firings took place in international waters.
The "Presidency's Center for Misinformation" in the occupied territories denied claims that "many missiles were launched from a submarine in the territorial waters of the TRNC."
