Zelenskyy Requests Resignations of Justice and Energy Ministers

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has requested the resignations of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Energy, following allegations of corruption in the energy sector.

The Ukrainian president emphasized the need for transparency and accountability. He stated that "the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Energy cannot remain in their positions," explaining that the issue is a matter of trust.

Zelenskyy called on members of the Ukrainian parliament to support the resignations, noting that the case should then be examined at a "judicial level." He also announced that the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (RNBO) will make a decision on imposing sanctions.

Zelenskyy stressed that the country is facing power outages, Russian strikes, and losses.
