Zelenskyy: Moscow Exploited Time to Launch Attacks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Moscow exploited the time preparing for a meeting between the leaders of the two countries to launch new massive attacks against his country.

"The only way to reopen a window of opportunity for diplomacy is through tough measures against all those who finance the Russian army and effective sanctions against Moscow itself -- the banking and energy sectors," Zelenskyy wrote today on X.

No date has yet been set for the bilateral meeting.
