Zelenskyy: Russia Launches Attacks on Ukraine from Belarus

Meanwhile, explosions were reported in Kyiv, with Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirming the activation of air defense systems. Ukrainian media report that Kyiv is under a major Russian ballistic missile attack, causing power outages in several areas. According to reports, Kalibr, Iskander, and Khinzal missiles were used.
