ELAM Expresses Grief Over Attack on Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus

ELAM has expressed its sorrow and condolences for the terrorist attack that took place in a Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus.

In a statement, ELAM condemned the attack as a heinous hate crime against innocent Christians and the sacred traditions of Hellenism. It also expressed its full support to the Greek Orthodox community of Syria.

ELAM stressed that such attacks will not break the faith of the Greeks, but instead will strengthen their unity in the fight against fanaticism, Islamic terrorism and intolerance.

The party expressed its condolences to the families of the victims.
