Fujairah, UAE: Oil Facility Fire After Drone Attack

A fire broke out at oil facilities in the port of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (UAE) following a drone attack, according to authorities.

The Fujairah Media Office reported that the fire occurred in the industrial oil zone, and efforts to extinguish it are ongoing. No injuries were reported.

Two sources told Reuters that oil loading operations have been suspended. The port of Fujairah exports approximately 1 million barrels of crude oil per day.

This is the second time Fujairah has been targeted by a drone attack.
