Gaza: Palestinian Cameraman Killed by Israeli Fire

A Palestinian cameraman was killed on Saturday (23/8) by Israeli soldiers in the northern Gaza Strip, near the Zikim crossing point.

According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA, the Palestinian television worker, Khaled al-Madhoun, was killed by Israeli army fire.

The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate condemned the incident, calling it an "ongoing Israeli campaign against journalists."

So far, the Israeli army has not commented.
