Guterres Warns: Middle East War Out of Control

More than three weeks after the outbreak of war in the Middle East, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned that the situation is spiraling out of control.

He sent a clear message to the United States and Israel that it is 'time to end the war,' as casualties rise and the economic impact becomes increasingly severe. He also urged Tehran to stop attacks on neighboring countries.
