Iran: Lincoln Carrier Leaves Persian Gulf, Heads to Aden

A military source from Iran reported that the US aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln, along with its escort ships and submarines, has withdrawn from the Persian Gulf and is redeploying near Aden, in Yemen, according to Fars news agency.
The source stated that the aircraft carrier is approximately 1,400 kilometers from the port of Chabahar in southeastern Iran.
Iran had warned that any US attack would lead to a regional war and an increase in oil prices above $150 per barrel.
Brigadier General Mousavi, Chief of the General Staff of Iran's armed forces, stated that Iran's military doctrine has shifted to an offensive stance.
Iranian military sources reported that a surveillance drone recorded data on the US ships and aircraft carrier and sent it to the Iranian authorities. This came hours after CENTCOM announced that it had targeted an Iranian drone to protect its personnel.
