Spain Airdrops 12 Tons of Food to Gaza

Spain has announced that it airdropped 12 tons of food to the Gaza Strip, which is facing famine due to the war between Israel and Hamas.
A total of 24 packages were dropped, each containing 500 kilograms of food, equivalent to approximately 2,500 servings.
Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares stated that trucks with Spanish humanitarian aid are at the border with Gaza, waiting to enter.
The head of UNRWA, Philippe Lazzarini, stressed that airdrops do not end the famine and can be ineffective and dangerous.
The Spanish Prime Minister called for a ceasefire and the opening of land crossings for the massive inflow of humanitarian aid.
