Israeli Airstrikes in Iran: Targets Include Port and Facilities

Israel carried out its most intense airstrikes on Iranian territory since the conflict began, according to an announcement by the Israeli military.
The strikes targeted an Iranian port in the Strait of Hormuz, hitting drone storage sites and weapons systems facilities in the Bandar Abbas area. This marks a geographical expansion of Israeli operations, which until recently had focused on central and western Iran.
The Israeli military spokesperson reported that three Iranian F-14 fighter jets were destroyed in Israeli strikes in central Iran. Sixty fighter jets participated in the operation, resulting in a significant reduction in the Iranian regime's missile launch capabilities.
Tehran announced that it launched a drone attack against Israel during the night. The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Mohammad Eslami, stated that the Arak reactor, which was targeted by an Israeli attack, was used exclusively for health and medical purposes.
The Israeli military had previously announced that among the targets hit was an unfinished nuclear reactor in Arak.
