Hamas Commander Killed in Israeli Strikes in Gaza

A Hamas commander was killed in Israeli strikes in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip. Palestinian media report that Mohammed al-Kholi, a commander of Hamas' armed wing, is among the dead.
At least six people were killed in the IDF bombings. Israel and Hamas accuse each other of violating the ceasefire that came into effect on October 10. Washington announced the start of the "second phase" of its plan for Gaza.
A UNICEF representative reported that more than 100 children have been killed in Gaza since the ceasefire. More than 400 Palestinians and three Israeli soldiers have been killed in the last three months.
