WHO Condemns Israeli 'Attacks' on Gaza Facilities

The World Health Organization (WHO) has condemned Israeli 'attacks' on its facilities in the Gaza Strip, including a warehouse and staff accommodation in the city of Deir al-Balah.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the WHO, stated that facilities in Deir al-Balah were 'attacked three times' and that Israeli soldiers raided the premises, initially detaining four people, releasing three, but holding one staff member.

The WHO demands the immediate release of the detained staff member and the protection of its personnel.
