Hamas Video Shows Hostage Digging His Grave, Sparks Outrage

A horrifying video shows Israeli hostage Eviatar David, 24, digging his own grave in a Gaza tunnel. David, visibly emaciated, states he has not eaten in days.

The video, released with his family's consent, has sparked global outrage. His family described him as 'skeleton-like, a living dead' and condemned Hamas' deliberate starvation.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the act, while a Holocaust survivor expressed her revulsion. Eviatar's brother, Ilai, appealed for action.

Eviatar David has been held captive by Hamas since October 7, 2023, when he was abducted at a music festival in southern Israel. He is believed to be one of 49 hostages still held in Gaza.
