Hezbollah Reports Clashes with Israeli Army in Lebanon

The Shiite movement Hezbollah reported clashes with Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, near the community of Deir Sergian. Hezbollah claims to have repelled Israeli troops and inflicted injuries.
The Israeli army confirmed that two soldiers were slightly injured in a clash with Hezbollah fighters and were taken to a hospital. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for attacks against Israeli positions, in retaliation for ceasefire violations.
The Lebanese news agency ANI reported that the Israeli air force bombed over 20 locations in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese army reported that an officer and a soldier were injured in an Israeli bombing in Kafra.
Despite the ceasefire since April 17, Israeli forces continue bombardments, creating a 10-kilometer deep zone, cutting off the area from the rest of Lebanon. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, Israeli operations have killed 2,700 people and injured 8,200.
