Unheard Clip: JFK Jr. Speaks About His Father After Assassination

A new CNN documentary about JFK Jr. features a previously unreleased audio clip where the young John speaks about his father after his assassination.

In the clip, young John is asked about his father and responds: "He went to heaven." When asked what he remembers, he replied: "I don't remember anything!"

The documentary, titled American Prince: JFK Jr., includes interviews with friends and historians, as well as rare archival footage.

Experts in the documentary explain how the rise of JFK's popularity, coinciding with the advent of television, gave Americans a relationship with celebrity they had never had before.

The second episode of the documentary premiered on August 16 on CNN.
