US: Student Prank Turns Deadly – 40-Year-Old Teacher Killed

Tragedy in the US, where a 40-year-old teacher lost his life due to a prank by students in Gainesville, Georgia.

Jason Hughes, a teacher, was targeted by students who covered his yard with toilet paper. According to local media, this prank was a 'competition' among students.

When Hughes came out of his house, he reportedly tripped and fell into the road, where an 18-year-old, Jayden Wallace, hit him with his car.

Wallace was arrested and faces charges, including first-degree vehicular homicide. If convicted, he faces a prison sentence of three to 15 years.

Hughes's house had been targeted by the same prank in March 2023. The school board had requested that this tradition be stopped.
