Louisiana: Man Charged with Rape After Request for Breast Milk

A 38-year-old man, Cecil Fuller, is accused in Louisiana of raping a friend after she refused to let him drink breast milk intended for her newborn.

According to police, Fuller allegedly asked his friend to drink her breast milk in the early hours of last Tuesday. When she refused and tried to leave, Fuller followed and raped her. The court documents also state that he tried to strangle her.

Fuller was arrested and charged with second-degree rape. He is reportedly a father of two and has been arrested in the past for drug trafficking.
