Emails from 2011, 2015, and 2019 to Ghislaine Maxwell, also released, describe Trump as a "dog that hasn't barked" and claim that Trump "knew about the girls." The documents also show that Epstein was informed about Trump's visits to various locations, including a fundraising event at 740 Park.

Furthermore, Epstein reportedly discussed Trump's mental state with former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, describing him as "borderline crazy."

The documents also reveal that Epstein monitored the movements of other high-profile figures, such as Joe Biden.
