Trump Withdraws National Guard from Chicago, Los Angeles, and Portland

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced the withdrawal of the National Guard from Chicago, Los Angeles, and Portland.
Trump warned that federal forces would return if crime rates increase. "We will come back, perhaps in a very different and stronger form, when crime starts to rise again," he stated.
"We are withdrawing the National Guard from Chicago, Los Angeles, and Portland despite the fact that crime has dropped significantly with these great patriots in those cities and only for that reason," he wrote in a post.
