Trump Signs Bill Ending Government Shutdown

US President Donald Trump has signed the bill ending the federal government shutdown after three days.
The American president spoke of a “great victory for the American people” at the White House, signing the bill, which was passed earlier in the House of Representatives by 217 votes in favor and 214 against.
The shutdown ended on Saturday, against the backdrop of a confrontation between Republicans and Democrats regarding the funding of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) due to its operations in Minneapolis.
