Shooting at US Military Base: Five Soldiers Injured

Five soldiers were injured in a shooting at Fort Stewart military base in Georgia, USA. The base was placed on lockdown, but the shooter has been apprehended.

The incident occurred in the area of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team. The injured were transferred to Winn Army Community Hospital. There is no active threat to the community.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp expressed his condolences regarding the incident.
