What's Happening with Donald Trump's Hands? Bruises and Explanations

The White House is attempting to explain the bruises on Donald Trump's hands after the former president appeared without makeup.
American President Donald Trump appeared without makeup on Monday (25/8), revealing a dark bruise on his right hand while signing executive orders in the Oval Office.
The previous weekend, he was seen with a patch of makeup on his hand, seemingly covering a bruise. At various points during Monday's press conference, a bruise was noticeable on the back of his hand.
The White House and Trump's doctor claim the president is in excellent health and that the bruise on his hand is a result of frequent handshakes and taking aspirin.
"This is consistent with minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshakes and aspirin use, which is taken as part of a standard cardiovascular prevention program. This is a known and benign side effect of aspirin therapy," said the president's doctor, Sean Barbbabella.
When asked about the makeup covering the bruise the previous weekend, Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt stated, "President Trump is a man of the people and shakes hands with more Americans daily than any other President in history."
Trump's physical and mental health has been a constant topic of discussion for many years.
