Tragedy in the US: Student Runs Over and Kills Teacher in Prank

A 40-year-old teacher lost his life in Gainesville, Georgia, USA, when an 18-year-old student ran him over with his car. The incident occurred outside the teacher's home while he was trying to confront a prank set up by students.

According to reports, the prank aimed to cover the garden of teacher Jason Hughes with toilet paper, a practice that had been repeated in recent years among students. Local media reported that Hughes tripped and fell on the road, resulting in 18-year-old Jayden Wallace running him over with the car.

Wallace was arrested and faces charges, including first-degree vehicular homicide. The school board had issued an appeal to end these pranks just hours before the tragic incident.

A photo posted on Instagram showed Hughes' house covered in toilet paper in March 2023, indicating the extent of this tradition among students.
