U.S. President Donald Trump stated he hasn't considered pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell, an associate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

"It's something I haven't thought about," Trump said when asked by reporters. Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for her involvement in Epstein's abuse of underage girls.

Trump faces pressure to reveal more information about the investigation into Epstein, who committed suicide in 2019. Justice Minister Pam Bondi had promised to release material related to Epstein's clients but later changed her stance.

Deputy Justice Minister Todd Blanche, Trump's former lawyer, met with Maxwell in prison. Trump stated he doesn't know the details of the meeting but suggested other individuals should be investigated for their ties to Epstein.

Trump had appeared with Epstein at social events in the past but denies flying on Epstein's private plane and hasn't been charged with any wrongdoing.
