Video: Police Brutally Beat 22-Year-Old in Jacksonville

A video showing the brutal beating of a 22-year-old black man, Will McNeil Jr., by police officers in Jacksonville has caused outrage in the USA. The incident has led to the temporary suspension of two of the five officers involved.
Footage from the police bodycams shows them repeatedly asking McNeil to exit the vehicle for inspection, which he refuses. The officers inform him that he was stopped for not having his lights on and not wearing a seatbelt.
McNeil refuses to cooperate and asks for the police supervisor. He then closes the car door, and the officers decide to break the window to get him out.
A video released by the 22-year-old's side shows the violence with which the police break the window and attack him with punches. McNeil's lawyers report that he suffered a concussion, lost a tooth, needed 9 stitches in his mouth, and is experiencing temporary memory loss problems.
In their report, the police officers do not mention the incident and claim that McNeil tried to grab a knife, a claim that is refuted by the video.
