Security camera footage shows the moment Nick Reiner was arrested as a suspect in the murder of his parents at a gas station in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old, son of Rob Reiner and Michele Singer, was arrested near the intersection of Exposition Boulevard and Vermont Avenue. The video, published by NBC Los Angeles, shows him calmly shopping shortly before the police arrived.
Reiner is accused of murdering his parents, who were found dead with stab wounds at their home in Brentwood. An argument with his father reportedly occurred at a Christmas party at Conan O'Brien's house.
Nick Reiner faces two counts of first-degree murder and is being held without bail. He has spoken in the past about his struggle with addiction and his participation in rehab centers.
In 2015, he collaborated with his father on the film 'Being Charlie,' which was based on his personal experiences.
