Polys Michaelides Appointed to Boards of CTC and Ermes

Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc and Ermes Department Stores have announced the appointment of Polys Michaelides as an independent non-executive member of their boards of directors.

Mr. Michaelides holds a degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA). He has experience in accounting, AML, compliance, and investment frameworks.

He has served as CFO, Director of Legal Affairs, Data Protection & Compliance-AML Officer, and Company Secretary in insurance groups in Cyprus and Greece. Additionally, he is appointed Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the companies.

Mr. Michaelides' appointment is effective from June 23, 2025.

Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc also announced the appointment of Mr. Menelaos Siakolas, a non-executive member of the board, as a member of the company's appointments committee, effective June 20, 2025. The appointments committee now consists of Dimitris Dimitriou (Chairman), Christakis Charalambous, and Menelaos Siakolas.

CTC also announced the appointment of Mr. Menelaos Siakolas to the appointments committee.
