Easy and Crispy Calamari in the Air Fryer in 20 Minutes

A simple recipe for crispy calamari in the air fryer with few ingredients and minimal preparation time.

Ingredients: Calamari, semolina, breadcrumbs (or flour), dried parsley, olive oil, salt.

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the calamari well.
  2. Cut them into thin slices.
  3. Mix the semolina, breadcrumbs (or flour), parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Add the calamari and mix to coat.
  5. Shake off excess mixture.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
  7. Spray the basket with olive oil and arrange the calamari.
  8. Spray with olive oil and bake for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  9. For a crispier result, bake in two batches.
