Lamia: Perpetrator Returned to Crime Scene After Murder

Shock has been caused in the local community of Lamia by the news that the 42-year-old perpetrator of the murder of the 59-year-old cafe owner returned to the crime scene.

According to LamiaReport, the 42-year-old, after the murder that took place at midnight on Sunday (22/6), allegedly went to his house, put the bloody clothes in the washing machine, and returned to Othonos Street, where he asked what had happened.

According to eyewitnesses, the 42-year-old was a regular at the cafe, and the owner often treated him since he had no money.

A local businessman reported seeing the 42-year-old watching the police investigation at the crime scene, just hours after he had murdered the 59-year-old.

"I was shocked when I found out who they caught for Dimitris' murder. The murderer was here among us that night until 4:00 in the morning. I remember him very well, he was wearing a black t-shirt and acting ignorant and sad…," he stated.

The victim, a father of three, owned a small cafe in the area.
