ARARAT: A vision of gastronomy and wellness is taking shape in Limassol

At an exclusive event, members of the Cypriot media were invited to experience a first glimpse into ARARAT – The Signature Collection, a new landmark in Limassol in the field of gastronomy and wellness.

Guests had the opportunity to explore the project's culinary identity, architectural philosophy, and design direction. A highlight of the evening was a personal welcome from internationally renowned Chef Reto Mathis.

Mr. Mathis shared his culinary vision for ARARAT and the inspiration behind its gastronomic soul. Subsequently, Mr. David Petrossian, one of the founders of CDA Group, spoke about the company's deep-rooted connection to Cyprus, the significance of the name ARARAT, and the values that guide every facet of the project.

ARARAT features ten distinct dining options, ranging from cozy corners and sun-soaked Mediterranean courtyards to Champagne lounges and Haute Cuisine pop-ups featuring Michelin-starred guest Chefs. The ARARAT wellness and spa sanctuary spans five floors and includes treatments, partnerships with leading skincare brands, and technologies such as Zerobody Dry Float, Cryosauna, Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment, and Soprano Ice Titanium. A gym, tennis court, and outdoor pool complete the offering.

A preview of ARARAT's ten dining venues includes: Little Italy, Cloud 9, Balik Bar & Caviar House, ARARAT Lounge, Amorevino, La Piazza, Giulietta Garden, Bocconcini, Romeo Garden, and Emporio.
