Paul Pogba: Return to Monaco After Two-Year Absence

Paul Pogba is set to return to the field after nearly two years of absence, having agreed to a two-year contract with Monaco, according to a report by Le Parisien.
The former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder joins the French team as a free agent, accepting significant financial sacrifices to complete the deal. Pogba had been without a team after the termination of his contract with Juventus in 2024 due to a doping case.
Having won the World Cup with the French National Team and played for teams such as Manchester United and Juventus, Pogba has never played professionally in Ligue 1. Monaco finished third in the league and secured participation in the Champions League 2025-26 group stage.
Pogba has been training in recent months, mainly at a training camp in Florida. According to the same report, Monaco is considering acquiring Ansu Fati from Barcelona.
