OPEKEPE: Payments scheduled for organic farming and direct subsidies

OPEKEPE has announced that payments are scheduled for a series of subsidies to producers within the next ten days, specifically by the end of June.

The payments concern agri-environmental programs, direct subsidies (Basic Subsidy, Redistribution Subsidy, young farmers' subsidy), ecological measures (Π1-31.2 & Π1-31.3) and remaining linked subsidies, with the total amount reaching approximately 100 million euros.

In addition, payments are being processed for Denitrification 2024, for which two credits have been approved: 15.19 million euros for the annual extension and 22.9 million euros for the 6th invitation (two years).

Finally, payments are expected for some of the subsidies concerning the Small Aegean Islands within June.
