Karystianou Files Lawsuit Against 14 ND MPs in Parliament

Maria Karystianou, President of the Association of Relatives of Tempi Victims, has filed a lawsuit in Parliament against 14 New Democracy (ND) MPs.

The lawsuit concerns the members of the preliminary investigation committee that handled the case of former Deputy Minister Christos Triantopoulos.

The charges include high treason, breach of duty, and abuse of power.

According to the report, New Democracy is examining the referral of the case file to Parliament, taking into account the article of the Constitution that protects MPs for opinions and votes during the exercise of their duties. The majority's staff is expected to meet to determine the next steps.
