Brad Pitt: The One Condition Under Which He Would Work With Tom Cruise Again

Brad Pitt has stated that he would be open to a future collaboration with Tom Cruise, but only under one specific condition. The last time the two actors appeared together in a film was in 1994, in 'Interview with the Vampire'.

In an interview with E! News, while promoting the upcoming F1 sports drama, Pitt mentioned a story where he and Cruise raced go-karts after filming their movie in 1994.

Answering a question about what it would take for them to work together again, Pitt joked that he would collaborate with Cruise again only if the latter stops doing dangerous stunts involving airplanes and returns to something more grounded.

Tom Cruise had spoken positively about the F1 film, calling it 'so sweet,' while promoting his own film Mission Impossible. The director of the F1 film, Joseph Kosinski, also directed Top Gun: Maverick (2022) starring Tom Cruise, a film that was a major box office success.

In an interview with GQ, Kosinski compared the driving skills of the two actors, noting that both are talented drivers, but Cruise 'always pushes the limits'.
