The Hague: Arson Suspected in Railway Fire Disrupting NATO Summit

Dutch police are investigating a possible criminal act as the cause of a fire that disrupted train services in the Netherlands, where the NATO summit is taking place in The Hague.

The fire broke out near the railway tracks in Amsterdam, causing damage to power cables, according to railway operator Prorail.

Services between Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport, and between the airport and Utrecht, have been canceled until further notice.

A police spokesperson told Reuters that they are considering the possibility of a criminal act and are investigating the incident, seeking potential witnesses.
