Iran has launched a missile attack on US bases in Iraq and Qatar, escalating tensions in the Middle East. According to international news agencies, strong explosions were heard in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

The Iranian armed forces announced that they targeted the US base with a "destructive and powerful" missile attack. Tehran states that it will not leave any attack on Iranian soil unanswered, under any circumstances, considering the US bases in the region as a "weakness and thorn" for the United States.

The White House and the Pentagon have been informed and are closely monitoring the situation at the Al Udeid US base. Qatar announced that it had successfully intercepted missiles targeting the US base on its territory and condemned the violation of its sovereignty and international law.

A Qatari official stated that Doha reserves the right to respond to Tehran's attack, in cooperation with international law. Sources from Iran reported that they had informed Washington and Doha about the impending attack hours before it took place.

The Kasrak base in Northeastern Syria is on full alert for a possible bombing by Iran or organizations supported by Tehran.
