Russian Airstrikes in Ukraine: Three Killed in Sumy Region

Three people, including an 8-year-old child, were killed in Russian drone strikes in the Sumy region of northeastern Ukraine. Regional authorities announced that the attack took place in the early morning hours.
Oleh Khryhorov, the governor of Sumy, stated that Russia launched a massive drone attack against a village in the region.
The previous day, Ukrainian authorities had announced at least 10 deaths and dozens of injuries, mainly in Kyiv and its region, from Russian night air raids.
According to Ukrainian authorities, 28 people were killed and over 130 injured in a Russian raid on Kyiv on June 16-17, during which more than 440 drones and 32 missiles were used.
